Individual Therapy

Individual therapy is a space to focus on you, your experiences, desires, and the ways you connect with yourself and others. Whether you are single, dating, or in a relationship, this is a place to explore what feels confusing, unfulfilling, or out of alignment in your sex life or relationships, and to begin uncovering what would feel more satisfying and authentic.

In sessions, we will explore past experiences that continue to influence your sexual and relational patterns, process emotions that arise, and notice how they show up in the present. We will blend reflection and depth-oriented work with practical strategies, including mindfulness, behavioral shifts, and skills to strengthen connection and communication. You will have space to experiment with new ways of showing up while building a stronger relationship with yourself and/or your partner.

This work is collaborative, curiosity driven, and results-oriented. The goal is to help you feel more confident, connected, intentional, and satisfied in your sexual and relational life.
