Do you take insurance?

I do not accept insurance directly, but you may have out-of-network benefits. Check your plan, and I can provide a superbill for reimbursement.

Here are the steps involved in this process (it’s very easy!):
Check your insurance portal or call the number on your card to see if you have out-of-network mental health coverage.
Ask about your reimbursement percentage, annual limits, and any required codes.
I give you a monthly superbill with CPT codes, a diagnosis codes, and proof of payments.
Submit the superbill to your insurance for reimbursement.
Track the claim and follow up with your insurer if needed.

What is the cost of sessions?

Individual sessions are $190, and couples sessions are $220.

Do you ever combine couples and individual therapy?

Accepted Answer

The main focus is usually either individual or couples therapy. If your primary focus is individual sessions, we can definitely bring a partner in as needed. For couples sessions, the usual approach is: one session with both partners, one individual session for each, then back together, with additional individual sessions as needed. We can discuss in the consultation whether individual or couples therapy is right for you.

How long does the full therapy process take?

This largely depends on your goals and frequency of sessions. I've had some clients reach their goals in as little as a couple months, and some stay with me for years.
