Couples Therapy
Couples therapy provides a space to explore both emotional and physical intimacy in your relationship. We work together to notice patterns that create disconnection, frustration, or distance, and to uncover the underlying emotions and attachment needs that drive those patterns. Using principles from Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), we help partners respond to each other with greater empathy, safety, and attunement, strengthening the bond at the heart of the relationship.
Alongside emotional work, we may incorporate practices such as sensate focus to explore physical intimacy mindfully, helping you reconnect with your body, your partner, and shared pleasure without pressure or expectations.
Sessions combine reflection, emotional processing, and experiential exercises to build understanding and practical strategies for connection. The goal is a relationship where emotional and physical intimacy coexist, feel safe, authentic, and deeply satisfying, and where both partners feel more seen, heard, and connected.
