At Blooming Intimacy, we value customer satisfaction as a top priority. While we strive to ensure that our customers are fully content with their purchases, we must clarify our policy regarding product returns and refunds.

If, for any reason, a customer is dissatisfied with a product that was shipped properly and is not eligible for return, we are committed to finding a resolution. In such cases, we are pleased to offer a discount code that can be applied to a future purchase. This gesture demonstrates our dedication to addressing any concerns and maintaining a positive customer experience.

However, please note that in these circumstances, monetary refunds cannot be provided. As mentioned earlier, our sales are considered final, and returns are not accepted for non-defective items. We kindly ask for your understanding in this matter, as it allows us to maintain the integrity of our sales process and continue offering quality products.

Cancellation Policy

Once an order is placed with Blooming Intimacy, it undergoes a thorough processing phase, which takes approximately 4 business days. Should you wish to cancel your order, please send an email to customerservices@bloomingintimacy.com, including the relevant order details. Our customer service team will respond during our business hours (Monday to Friday, 9 am - 5 pm ET). Please note that cancellations can only be made within 2 hours of placing the order. A restocking fee of 15% of the order amount will apply, and the remaining balance will be refunded.

Eligibility for Returns

Please be aware that unless a product is deemed defective upon receipt, all items are non-returnable. If you receive a defective item, you may return it within 30 days of receipt for a replacement, subject to verification of the defect. Items covered by warranty should be addressed directly with the respective manufacturer.

Shipping charges will be refunded only in cases where the return is due to our error or the item is found to be defective. To initiate a return or exchange, pre-authorization is mandatory. No returns will be accepted without our confirmation. Please ensure that all items received in the original packaging are returned, repacked with care, and enclosed in a clear plastic bag. For the returns, we recommend using an insured carrier (such as FedEx, UPS, or USPS Parcel Post) to return the product and retain the receipt for your records. Blooming Intimacy cannot be held responsible for items damaged or lost during transit. The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. Upon receiving the returned item, you will receive an email confirmation, and the product will undergo testing. If the defect is confirmed, we will cover the cost of shipping a replacement product. Unfortunately, we are unable to reimburse international orders.

Refused/Returned Orders

In the case of refused or returned orders due to incorrect addresses or vacancies, additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment. Such orders will only be re-shipped upon prepayment.

Protecting Your Investment

To safeguard your purchase, we highly recommend testing your products upon receipt. If the manufacturer offers a warranty for your product, we encourage you to register it promptly. Registering your warranty ensures the protection of your investment.
